目的:证实人心房组织有SK2的存在.方法:RT-PCR 和western-blot分别检测SK2的mRNA和蛋白.结果:RT-PCR检测到人心房组织中存在SK2的mRNA,western-blot检测到SK2的特异性条带.结论:人心房组织存在SK2.

Objective: To confirm the existence of SK2 in human atrial tissue.Methods: RT-PCR and western-blot were used to identify SK2 mRNA and protein.Results: SK2 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR, SK2 protein was detected by western-blot.Conclusion: SK2 is present in human atrial tissue.
