This article explored the significance of the development of electronic nursing record system, which combined with the actual needs of clinical care and put forward the practical writing method of elecu-onic nursing records. It included the establishmerit of nursing template, the function and application of the nursing template, such as the establishment and application of general nursing records, critical nursing records and the declaration of bedsore prevention and surveillance. Finally the effect and experience of the use of clinical electronic nursing record were summed up.
