利用高效液相色谱建立了以魔芋叶片中水溶性氨基酸为标识的指纹图谱分析方法.分析结果表明:同一品种不同部位的魔芋叶片具有相似的指纹图谱;同一品种、不同育龄的叶片及不同品种相应部位叶片的指纹图谱不同.为此,采用该指纹图谱库分析方法,可以鉴别不同品种、育龄的魔芋资源,为魔芋的新品种选育提供依据.

RP-HPLC fingerprint of water-soluble amino acid on Amorphorphallus konjac has been established. The result showed that the fingerprint of leaves on different position of the same variety resembled each other and not alike in different developing phases and different varieties. Therefore, the fingerprint analysis could identify the different varieties and age developing phases.
