自制了一种新的TiO_2/GeO_2复合膜光催化氧化反应器,研究了该反应器对经臭氧氧化处理后的活性蓝染料废水的光催化氧化降解过程.在过氧化氢加入量为400 mg/L、光照120 min的条件下,COD去除率可达92.5%,处理后废水COD为39.4 mg/L,达到GB8978-1996<污水综合排放标准>.

A new type of reactor with TiO_2/GeO_2 composite membrane was made for photocatalytic oxidation of reactive blue in dye wastewater. The wastewater was treated first by ozone and then by the reactor. The photocatalytic oxidation degradation of reactive blue was studied. When the H_2O_2 dosage is 400 mg/L and the illumination time is 120 min, the COD removal rate is 92.5% and the COD of the treated wastewater is 39.4 mg/L, which can meet the national discharge standard of GB8978-1996.
