通过组织分离法获得合欢枯萎病纯茵种,并以常规方法对合欢枯萎病病茵的生物学特性进行了研究,其结果表明,该茵可在PDA、PSA以及合欢的根、茎、叶培养基上生长,在PDA及PSA上的生长情况基本一致,且茵丝旺盛,而在合欢根、茎、叶培养基中的生长情况稍差;该茵的生长温度为5~32℃,最适生长温度为23—29℃;孢子在葡萄糖培养液中的发芽率最高,在根部培养液中的发芽情况较差;茵丝生长的pH值范围为3~12,但中性偏碱的环境条件更适合该茵生长。
通過組織分離法穫得閤歡枯萎病純茵種,併以常規方法對閤歡枯萎病病茵的生物學特性進行瞭研究,其結果錶明,該茵可在PDA、PSA以及閤歡的根、莖、葉培養基上生長,在PDA及PSA上的生長情況基本一緻,且茵絲旺盛,而在閤歡根、莖、葉培養基中的生長情況稍差;該茵的生長溫度為5~32℃,最適生長溫度為23—29℃;孢子在葡萄糖培養液中的髮芽率最高,在根部培養液中的髮芽情況較差;茵絲生長的pH值範圍為3~12,但中性偏堿的環境條件更適閤該茵生長。

Fusarium oxysporum pernciosium was gotten through tissue separation and the biological characteristics was studied by common methods. The results showed that F. oxysporum could grow on PDA, PSA as well as on the medium (ADA) containing the roots. F. oxysporum have the similar growth on PDA and PSA, but weaker on ADA. The growth temperature of the F. oxysporum was 5 - 32℃, and the optimum temperature range was 23 - 29℃. The germination rate of the spore was the highest in the glucose solution and was lower in the root extract solution. The pH value for culturing the myceliun limits from 3 - 12 and neutral - alkali environment condition was more suitable for its growth.
