目的观察玻璃体腔注射去除赋形剂曲安奈德(TA)联合黄斑部格栅样光凝治疗视网膜静脉阻塞引起的黄斑水肿的效果。方法对60例60眼视网膜静脉阻塞引起的黄斑水肿,玻璃体腔内注射去除赋形剂的TA4 mg/0.1 ml后3周,行黄斑部格栅样激光光凝,对治疗前及治疗后3个月、6个月最佳矫正视力,黄斑水肿的变化进行分析。结果治疗前最佳校正视力,治疗后3个月、6个月最佳矫正视力及黄班厚度(P＜0.05.P ＜0.01)。结论去除赋形剂的TA玻璃体腔注射联合激光光凝治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿,可减少重复注射的次数,视力提高显著。
목적 관찰파리체강주사거제부형제곡안내덕(TA)연합황반부격책양광응치료시망막정맥조새인기적황반수종적효과。방법 대60례60안시망막정맥조새인기적황반수종,파리체강내주사거제부형제적TA4 mg/0.1 ml후3주,행황반부격책양격광광응,대치료전급치료후3개월、6개월최가교정시력,황반수종적변화진행분석。결과 치료전최가교정시력,치료후3개월、6개월최가교정시력급황반후도(P＜0.05.P ＜0.01)。결론 거제부형제적TA파리체강주사연합격광광응치료시망막정맥조새계발황반수종,가감소중복주사적차수,시력제고현저。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the Triamcinolone Acetonide(TA) combining with macular grid photocoagulation to cure the macular edema caused by vein occulation. Methods 3 weeks after use the remove excipients' TA 4mg/0. 1ml to macular edema caused by 60 eyes retinal vein occlusion, use macula grid photocoagulation, before and 3 and 6 months after the treatment the best corrected visual acuity, to analysis the macular edema change. Results Before treatment and after treatment, the best corrected visual acuity and macular thickness (P ＜ 0. 05. P ＜ 0. 01 ), the difference was statistically significant before and after treatment. Conclusion By remove excipients TA viteous injection combining with laser photocoagulation for secondary macular edena due to retinal vein obstruction, we can reduce the number of repeat injection and improve visual significantly.
