在现有的国内外文献和调研基础上,总结了火灾降温阶段建筑材料特性和结构性能的研究现状,包括钢材和混凝土的热工及力学性能、混凝土结构的试验研究与数值分析、钢结构及组合结构的试验研究与数值分析等,指出了该领域尚有待进一步研究的问题.

Based on extensive literature searching and investigation, a summary of current research concerning properties of building materials and structures during cooling phase of a fire is presented in this paper, including thermal and mechanical properties of steel and concrete, test investigations and numerical analysis of concrete structures, steel structures and composite structures. Some problems that should be studied in the future are also indicated in this paper.
