试验对SBR工艺处理煤气废水的运行条件进行了研究.结果表明,在曝气时间为8 h,进水1 h,沉淀时间2 h,排水0.5 h时,温度对处理效果的影响最大;其次是进水负荷,影响最小的是pH;最佳的水平奈件为,温度30℃,pH 7,进水COD负荷2 000 mg·L~(-1),在最佳条件下COD去除率达到80.7%;同时可知,利用SBR法处理煤气废水具有一定的抗冲击负荷的能力.

The paper discussed the processing conditions of gasification wastewater treatment. The results showed that the treatment effect was affected by factors on temperature influence water load and pH under the condition influenting 1 h, aerating 8 h, quiescing 2 h and draining 0.5 h, among which temperature is the greatest influence factor, the second was influence water load and pH was the least, the optimal condition for gasification wastewater treatment was COD 2 000 mg·L~(-1), temperature 30 °C, pH 7.0 determined by orthogonal experiment, and the COD removal rate reached 80.7%. It is also found that SBR processing gasification wastewater has the certain ability against impacting load.
