研究百里香精油(thyme oil)与不同浓度的碳酸钠(Na_2CO_3)结合使用对桠柑果实采后酸腐病(Geotrichum citri-aurantii)的防治及对其贮藏品质的影响.结果表明:百里香精油与Na_2CO_3结合使用对桠柑果实酸腐病害有显著的防治效果,当1600 μL·L~(-1)的百里香精油与0.5% Na_2CO_3结合使用时能够完全抑制桠柑酸腐病害的发生;400 μL·L~(-1)的百里香精油与1% Na_2CO_3结合使用使桠柑酸腐病害发病率降低了60%,且处理后对桠柑果实的硬度、抗坏血酸含量、可滴定酸含量和可溶性固形物含量均无显著影响.

Control efficacy and effects on postharvest storage quality of thyme oil in combination with different concentrations of sodium carbonate (SB) against postharvest disease caused by Geotrichum citri-aurantii in Ponkan fruit were investigated. The results indicated that combining thyme oil with SB provided a more effective control on G. citri-aurantii than applying the thyme oil or SB alone. One thousand and six hundred μL·L~(-1) thyme oil combined with 0.5% SB showed the best effect, and growth of G. citri-aurantii was completely inhibited in the wound of Ponkan fruit. Four hundred μL·L~(-1) thyme oil combined with 1% SB decreased 60% sour rot disease, and had no obvious effects on contents of titratable acid, total soluble solids, VC and fruit firmness after 30 d.
