实验采用土壤为样品,对样品进行分离,纯化,培养,筛选出了3株产酶能力较高的菌株,即R1、R2、R3。复筛确定了R1的产酶能力相对较高。通过相对酶活力的测定,确定了反应最佳温度为30℃,最佳pH为9。菌株在最适条件下产酶能力达246.8U/ml。

This experiment described the separation of strains that could produce protease.Three strains,designated as R1,R2 and R3 respectively,showed high protease activity was screened from the soil then the second round screening was performed and R1 was determined to have the highest activity,relatively.By determining the relative enzyme activity,the optimal temperature and pH was 30℃ and 9,respectively.The enzyme activity that the strain produced was up to 246.8U/ml.
