目的 观察药物阿苯达唑联合中药黄芪对肝吸虫感染大鼠的治疗效果并探讨其作用机制.方法 取健康成年Wistar大鼠32只,随机分为对照组、感染组、阿苯达唑治疗组和阿苯达唑联合黄苠治疗组.每组8只大鼠.对肝吸虫病大鼠感染及治疗前后红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC.C3bBR),红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR),血清红细胞免疫促进因子(RFER)和红细胞免疫抑制因子(RHR)活性进行检测.结果 大鼠感染肝吸虫后RBC-C3bRR和RFER水平下降,RBC-ICR和RFIR水平升高,与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义.经阿苯达唑及黄芪治疗后,肝吸虫病大鼠RBC-C3bRR和RICER水平升高.RBC-ICR和RFIR水平下降,与感染组比较差异有统计学意义;与阿苯达唑单独治疗组比较.阿苯达唑联合黄芪治疗肝吸虫病的效果更显著.结论 红细胞免疫功能在肝吸虫病大鼠致病过程中具有重要的作用,药物阿苯达唑和黄芪对肝吸虫病大鼠具有较好的疗效,中药黄芪对红细胞免疫具有调节作用.

목적 관찰약물아분체서연합중약황기대간흡충감염대서적치료효과병탐토기작용궤제.방법 취건강성년Wistar대서32지,수궤분위대조조、감염조、아분체서치료조화아분체서연합황민치료조.매조8지대서.대간흡충병대서감염급치료전후홍세포C3b수체화배솔(RBC.C3bBR),홍세포면역복합물화배솔(RBC-ICR),혈청홍세포면역촉진인자(RFER)화홍세포면역억제인자(RHR)활성진행검측.결과 대서감염간흡충후RBC-C3bRR화RFER수평하강,RBC-ICR화RFIR수평승고,여정상대조조비교,차이유통계학의의.경아분체서급황기치료후,간흡충병대서RBC-C3bRR화RICER수평승고.RBC-ICR화RFIR수평하강,여감염조비교차이유통계학의의;여아분체서단독치료조비교.아분체서연합황기치료간흡충병적효과경현저.결론 홍세포면역공능재간흡충병대서치병과정중구유중요적작용,약물아분체서화황기대간흡충병대서구유교호적료효,중약황기대홍세포면역구유조절작용.
Objective To investigate the effect of Albendazole and Miikvetch Root on the erythrocyte immune function of rats infected with Clonorchis sinensis. Methods 32 healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, infection group, the treatment group with Albendazole and the treatment group with Albendazole combined with Milkvetch Root. The rats in infection and treatment groups were infected orally with metacercari-ae of Clonorchis sinensis. Rats in normal group were meek-infected with saline. The rats in treatment group were lavaged with Albendazole and injected intraperitoneally with Milkvetch Root. All rats were killed after infesta-tion 14 weeks. To observe the ehanges of the red blood cell C3b receptor rosette rate(RBC-C3bRR), immune complex rosette rate(RBC-ICR), the erythrocyte rosette forming enhancing rate(RFER) and rosette forming in-hibitory rate(RFIR) in serums in rats before and after infection and treatment. Results The C3bRR and RF-ER of rats in infection group were lower and the ICR and RFIR were higher than those in normal group. After treatment with Albendazole or Albendazole combined with Milkvetch Root respectively, the levels of C3bBR and RFER in rats infected with Clonorchis sinenais was increased, the levels of ICR and RFIR was decreased respec-tively. The changes of rats in treatment group with Albenlazole combined with Milkvetch Root were more signif-icant than those in the rats in treatment group with Albendazole lonely. Conclusion The treatment of Alben-dazole combined with Milkveteh Root is more effective for rats with Clonorchis sinensis.
