目的 观察复方黄柏液对兔混合感染伤口的局部治疗作用及对小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响。方法 采用兔背部伤口疮疡模型, 观察用药后伤口红、肿、分泌物及坏死组织情况;利用二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验和碳粒廓清实验,探讨药物的抗炎作用和对免疫机能的影响。结果 复方黄柏液20 %和10 %分别于给药后4 d和7 d,感染伤口得分显著低于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),红肿面积亦显著缩小(P<0.01);复方黄柏液皮下注射3 g/(kg.d),对二甲苯诱发的小鼠耳廓炎症有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05);复方黄柏液皮下注射3 g/(kg.d),连续10 d,可显著提高吞噬细胞的吞噬功能(P<0.05)。结论 复方黄柏液对兔混合感染伤口有促进愈合的作用,并可增强小鼠的非特异性免疫功能,具有抗炎作用。
目的 觀察複方黃柏液對兔混閤感染傷口的跼部治療作用及對小鼠非特異性免疫功能的影響。方法 採用兔揹部傷口瘡瘍模型, 觀察用藥後傷口紅、腫、分泌物及壞死組織情況;利用二甲苯所緻小鼠耳廓腫脹實驗和碳粒廓清實驗,探討藥物的抗炎作用和對免疫機能的影響。結果 複方黃柏液20 %和10 %分彆于給藥後4 d和7 d,感染傷口得分顯著低于對照組(P<0.01,P<0.05),紅腫麵積亦顯著縮小(P<0.01);複方黃柏液皮下註射3 g/(kg.d),對二甲苯誘髮的小鼠耳廓炎癥有明顯的抑製作用(P<0.05);複方黃柏液皮下註射3 g/(kg.d),連續10 d,可顯著提高吞噬細胞的吞噬功能(P<0.05)。結論 複方黃柏液對兔混閤感染傷口有促進愈閤的作用,併可增彊小鼠的非特異性免疫功能,具有抗炎作用。
목적 관찰복방황백액대토혼합감염상구적국부치료작용급대소서비특이성면역공능적영향。방법 채용토배부상구창양모형, 관찰용약후상구홍、종、분비물급배사조직정황;이용이갑분소치소서이곽종창실험화탄립곽청실험,탐토약물적항염작용화대면역궤능적영향。결과 복방황백액20 %화10 %분별우급약후4 d화7 d,감염상구득분현저저우대조조(P<0.01,P<0.05),홍종면적역현저축소(P<0.01);복방황백액피하주사3 g/(kg.d),대이갑분유발적소서이곽염증유명현적억제작용(P<0.05);복방황백액피하주사3 g/(kg.d),련속10 d,가현저제고탄서세포적탄서공능(P<0.05)。결론 복방황백액대토혼합감염상구유촉진유합적작용,병가증강소서적비특이성면역공능,구유항염작용。
Objective To study effects of compound Huangbai solution (CHS) on the skin bacterial infection in rabbits and nonspecific immunity in mice.Methods Effects of topical application of CHS on the redness, swelling, secretory substance and necrotic tissue of the skin wound in rabbit backs were observed,and auricular swelling induced by dimethylbenzene and carbon clearance method were used to observe the therapeutic effects of CHS in mice.Results CHS 20 % and 10 % solution accelerated healing of wound and reduced swelling area on the 4th and 7th day respectively. CHS subcutaneous injection at 3 g/(kg.d) inhibited auricular inflammation induced by dimethylbenzine in mice (P<0.05); and CHS subcutaneous injection at 3 g/(kg.d) for 10 days enhanced the phagocytic function of phagocytes(P<0.05).Conclusion CHS increased ability of rabbits against infection and augmented nonspecific immunity in mice.
