镀锌层经白色钝化后,中性盐雾试验出现白锈的时间仅为4 h,为提高其耐蚀性,采用高耐蚀性镀锌蓝钝与封闭处理相结合,介绍了工艺过程及操作条件,分析了影响膜层耐蚀性的因素。结果表明:采用该工艺能得到白色封闭膜,中性盐雾试验48 h后不出现白锈。
鍍鋅層經白色鈍化後,中性鹽霧試驗齣現白鏽的時間僅為4 h,為提高其耐蝕性,採用高耐蝕性鍍鋅藍鈍與封閉處理相結閤,介紹瞭工藝過程及操作條件,分析瞭影響膜層耐蝕性的因素。結果錶明:採用該工藝能得到白色封閉膜,中性鹽霧試驗48 h後不齣現白鏽。

Generally, white rust appears on white chromated zinc deposit after 4 hours neutral salt spray test. Therefore, high corrosion resistant blue chromating and subsequent sealing as post treatment for zinc deposit was adopted. Process and operating parameters were described, and factors affecting corrosion resistance of the obtained sealing coat were discussed. The results show that white sealing film can be obtained, and no white rust observed after 48 hours neutral salt spray test.
