目的:探讨残角子宫的诊断、治疗,提高对残角子宫的认识.方法:回顾分析笔者所在医院于1990年1月～2006年12月收治的19例经手术诊断为残角子宫患者的临床资料.结果:19例患者中4例有进行性痛经,术前仅有2例诊断为残角子宫,其余17例均误诊或漏诊.结论:残角子宫临床症状多不明显,术前诊断比较困难,应提高对本病的认识,尤其对痛经的患者应考虑到残角子宫,且一经发现应手术治疗,切除残角子宫包括同侧输卵管.

목적:탐토잔각자궁적진단、치료,제고대잔각자궁적인식.방법:회고분석필자소재의원우1990년1월～2006년12월수치적19례경수술진단위잔각자궁환자적림상자료.결과:19례환자중4례유진행성통경,술전부유2례진단위잔각자궁,기여17례균오진혹루진.결론:잔각자궁림상증상다불명현,술전진단비교곤난,응제고대본병적인식,우기대통경적환자응고필도잔각자궁,차일경발현응수술치료,절제잔각자궁포괄동측수란관.
Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of the rudimentary uterus horn, and improve understanding of the rudimentary uterus hom.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical datas of 19 cases was performed which diag-nosed by rudimentary uterus horn and treated by surgery in our hospital from January 1990 to December 2006.Results:Of the 19 patients,four had progressive dysmenorrhea, only two were diagnosed of rudimentary uterus horn before operation, and the remaining 17 cases were misdiagnosed or missed diagnosis.Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of rudimentary uterus horn are not obvious, it is difficult to get correct diagnosis preoperatively,so we should be aware of the disease, es-pecially for patients with dysmenorrhea. The treatment is to resect the rudimentary horn of uterus, including the ipsilateral fallopian tube.
