目的 建立菱角皮醋酸乙酯提取物中鞣质类化合物的HPLC含量测定方法,并对提取物HPLC指纹图谱条件进行研究分析.方法 采用反相C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm),甲醇-0.5%乙酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,柱温为25℃,流速为0.8 ml/min,在276 nm下进行检测.结果 菱角皮醋酸乙酯提取物中鞣质类化合物1,2,6-三没食子酰-β-D-葡萄糖的含量为85.7 mg/g,加样回收率为92.49%;1,2,4,6-四没食子酰-β-D-葡萄糖的含量为244 mg/g,加样回收率为96.41%;初步探讨了菱角皮提取物的指纹图谱条件.结论 采用高效液相法测定菱角皮醋酸乙酯提取物中鞣质类化合物的含量,简便、快速、准确;初步得到分离菱角皮提取物各特征峰的色谱条件,为以后建立指纹图谱和制定菱角皮药材及其活性提取物的质量标准提供了依据.
目的 建立蔆角皮醋痠乙酯提取物中鞣質類化閤物的HPLC含量測定方法,併對提取物HPLC指紋圖譜條件進行研究分析.方法 採用反相C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm),甲醇-0.5%乙痠水溶液為流動相,梯度洗脫,柱溫為25℃,流速為0.8 ml/min,在276 nm下進行檢測.結果 蔆角皮醋痠乙酯提取物中鞣質類化閤物1,2,6-三沒食子酰-β-D-葡萄糖的含量為85.7 mg/g,加樣迴收率為92.49%;1,2,4,6-四沒食子酰-β-D-葡萄糖的含量為244 mg/g,加樣迴收率為96.41%;初步探討瞭蔆角皮提取物的指紋圖譜條件.結論 採用高效液相法測定蔆角皮醋痠乙酯提取物中鞣質類化閤物的含量,簡便、快速、準確;初步得到分離蔆角皮提取物各特徵峰的色譜條件,為以後建立指紋圖譜和製定蔆角皮藥材及其活性提取物的質量標準提供瞭依據.
목적 건립릉각피작산을지제취물중유질류화합물적HPLC함량측정방법,병대제취물HPLC지문도보조건진행연구분석.방법 채용반상C18주(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm),갑순-0.5%을산수용액위류동상,제도세탈,주온위25℃,류속위0.8 ml/min,재276 nm하진행검측.결과 릉각피작산을지제취물중유질류화합물1,2,6-삼몰식자선-β-D-포도당적함량위85.7 mg/g,가양회수솔위92.49%;1,2,4,6-사몰식자선-β-D-포도당적함량위244 mg/g,가양회수솔위96.41%;초보탐토료릉각피제취물적지문도보조건.결론 채용고효액상법측정릉각피작산을지제취물중유질류화합물적함량,간편、쾌속、준학;초보득도분리릉각피제취물각특정봉적색보조건,위이후건립지문도보화제정릉각피약재급기활성제취물적질량표준제공료의거.
Objective To establish determination method of tannin compounds from bioactive ethyl acetate extract of the fruit crust of Trapa bispinosa Roxb by HPLC, and to study on analysis conditions of HPLC fingerprint of the extract. Methods Use reverse phase C18 column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm), detection wave-length at 276 nm, column temperature at 25℃, flow rate at a 0.8 ml/min, and gradient aqueous methanol solution containing 0.5% acetic acid as a mobile phase.Results The determination of tannic acid compound 1, 2, 6-tri-galloyl-β- D-glucose from the extract was 85.7mg/g, and the average recoveries was 92.49%;the determination of tannic acid compound 1, 2, 3, 6-tetra-galloyl-β-D -glucose was 244 mg/g, and the average recoveries was 96.41%;a preliminary study on conditions of HPLC fingerprint for the bioactive extract was carried out. Conclusion The determination method for the tannin compounds from ethyl acetate extract of the fruit crust of the plant by HPLC is simple, fast and accurate. Chromatographic conditions of ethyl acetate extract of the plant was initially obtained, which provide the basis for establishment of the HPLC fingerprint and making quality standard of the crude drug and its bioactive extract from the plant.
