淋巴管内皮标记物开辟了肿瘤淋巴管形成及淋巴道转移研究的新领域.研究发现肿瘤淋巴管形成和淋巴结转移、扩散等密切相关.目前常用于肿瘤淋巴管形成研究的淋巴管内皮标记物包括血管内皮生长因子受体3(VEGFR3)、肾小球足细胞表面蛋白(podoplanin)、单克隆抗体D2-40、podoplanin相关的同源基因-1(Prox-1)、淋巴管内皮透明质酸受体-1(LYVE-1)和唾液酸粘蛋白(CD34)等.

Tumors related lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis originate from findings of lym- phatic endothelium markers. Researches demonstrate that lymphangiogenesis is related with lymphatic nodes me- tastasis and diffusion. Presently, lymphatic endothelium markers used commonly in lymphangiogenesis include VEGFR-3 ,Podoplanin,D2-40,Prox-l ,LYVE-1 and CD-34 et aL In this review,the reliability of lymphatic en- dothelium markers above used for tumor lymphangiogenesis reported currently in the literature will be analyzed.
