利用穆斯堡尔方法研究了N2+、N+ 与Cu基底中α-Fe纳米颗粒相互碰撞和碰撞后的热动力学过程。实验结果表明,N2+与α-Fe纳米颗粒的相互作用存在着明显的非线性,即N2+与α-Fe纳米颗粒的碰撞截面,远大于N+与α-Fe纳米颗粒的碰撞截面。
利用穆斯堡爾方法研究瞭N2+、N+ 與Cu基底中α-Fe納米顆粒相互踫撞和踫撞後的熱動力學過程。實驗結果錶明,N2+與α-Fe納米顆粒的相互作用存在著明顯的非線性,即N2+與α-Fe納米顆粒的踫撞截麵,遠大于N+與α-Fe納米顆粒的踫撞截麵。

The interaction of N2+, N+ ions with α-Fe nanoparticles in copper film has been studied by Mssbauer spectroscopy. The results showed that there was obviously non-liner effect in N2+ ion implantion. In the present study, the processes of thermodynamics for collision and after collision of N2+ and N+ ions with α-Fe nanoparticles have also been investigated.
