采用不同比例矿化剂用量及不同浓度的硅溶胶配制涂料,按照一定工艺制得陶瓷型壳试样,研究了涂料的流变性能,型壳的力学性能及其高温抗蠕变性能.实验结果表明,随着矿化剂加入量增加,陶瓷型壳的力学性能及高温抗蠕变性能随之增加;随着硅溶胶浓度的增加,涂料的粘度及剪切应力逐渐增加,浓度为25% (体积分数,下同)的硅溶胶制得的陶瓷型壳高温强度及高温抗蠕变性能优越.
採用不同比例礦化劑用量及不同濃度的硅溶膠配製塗料,按照一定工藝製得陶瓷型殼試樣,研究瞭塗料的流變性能,型殼的力學性能及其高溫抗蠕變性能.實驗結果錶明,隨著礦化劑加入量增加,陶瓷型殼的力學性能及高溫抗蠕變性能隨之增加;隨著硅溶膠濃度的增加,塗料的粘度及剪切應力逐漸增加,濃度為25% (體積分數,下同)的硅溶膠製得的陶瓷型殼高溫彊度及高溫抗蠕變性能優越.

Employing different proportion of mineralizer and different concentration of silica sol, the ceramic shells were prepared. The rheological properties of slurry, mechanical properties and the gravitational distortion of ceramic shell at high temperature were investigated. The experiment results indicate that the strength and creep resistant properties of ceramic shell at 1500 ℃ were enhanced by increasing the proportion of mineralizer. With increasing concentration of silica sol, the viscosity and shear stress were raised. The ceramic shell obtained from 25 vol%. silica sol could realize optimum mechanical properties and creep resistant properties at high temperature.
