利用微波催化合成仪,研究了在微波辐射条件下以甲醇和叔丁醇合成甲基叔丁基醚的反应.考察了微波功率、辐射温度、辐射时间、催化剂等因素对转化率的影响.通过实验确定了最佳工艺条件:最佳微波功率为200 W,辐射温度75℃,辐射时间为24 min,15%硫酸为催化剂,收率为60%.产品经红外光谱、质谱、拉曼光谱、核磁共振等方法测定与表征,证实与目标产物完全一致.该方法具有反应过程简便、反应时间短、产物收率高等特点.

Methyl tert-butyl ether was synthesized from methanol and tea-butyl alcohol under the microwave irradia-tion. Effects of microwave irradiation power, iradiation temperature, iradiation time, and catalyst on reaction were studied. The optimal synthesis conditions were obtained as follows: microwave irradiation power 200 W, radiation temprature 75 ℃, radiation time 24 min, 15% sulfuric acid as catalyst. The yield of methyl tert-butyl ether can reach 60%. The product is characterized and verified by various methods including FI-IR, Raman spectrum, NMR and MS, which confirm the structure of objective molecule. This method shows the characteristics of simple reaction process, short reaction time, and high product yield.
