目的：保证血液透析过程的安全性、持续性,避免在透析机发出报警后因操作不当而引发医疗事故。方法：根据透析过程中透析机的报警,查阅维修操作手册,结合SOP的要求总结出步骤和方法。结果：不需查阅维修操作手册,就能快速处理透析机电导率、温度、漏血、空气、静脉压等各种报警。结论：根据SURDIAL单人透析机维修操作手册提示,严格按照SOP的操作标准执行,就可减少透析过程中因临床处理延误而造成的渗血、凝血、血肿等医疗事故。
목적：보증혈액투석과정적안전성、지속성,피면재투석궤발출보경후인조작불당이인발의료사고。방법：근거투석과정중투석궤적보경,사열유수조작수책,결합SOP적요구총결출보취화방법。결과：불수사열유수조작수책,취능쾌속처리투석궤전도솔、온도、루혈、공기、정맥압등각충보경。결론：근거SURDIAL단인투석궤유수조작수책제시,엄격안조SOP적조작표준집행,취가감소투석과정중인림상처리연오이조성적삼혈、응혈、혈종등의료사고。
Objective：To ensure the safety and continuity during the hemodialysis and avoid malpractice due to misoperation after the hemodialysis machines alarming. Methods：We summarized procedures and methods according to the alarm of hemodialysis machine during the hemodialysis, manual of operations, and the requirements of blood purification standard operating procedure（SOP）. Results：We could no longer look up to the manual of operations. Meanwhi8le, we could rapidly deal with various kinds of alarms of hemodialysis machine such as conductivity,temperature, blood leak, air leak, venous pressure etc. Conclusion：Malpractices due to misoperation during the hemodialysis such as blood leak, blood clot and hematoma etc. could be decreased according to the manual of SURDIAL single hemodialysis machine operations and strictly executing the SOP.
