目的观察黄葵胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效.方法将38例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为联合治疗组和对照组,两组均应用基础治疗.分别在治疗的第4、8、12周检测24 h尿蛋白定量、血白蛋白、肾功能、肝功能、血脂、血常规等并进行比较.结果组间总有效率比较,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后尿蛋白、肾功能、血浆白蛋白、血脂的改善比较差异有统计学意义(P均＜0.05).治疗后两组间各项指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P均＜0.05).结论黄葵胶囊能有效治疗糖尿病肾病,联合厄贝沙坦可以提高疗效、缩短疗程.
목적 관찰황규효낭연합액패사탄치료당뇨병신병적료효.방법 장38례당뇨병신병환자수궤분위연합치료조화대조조,량조균응용기출치료.분별재치료적제4、8、12주검측24 h뇨단백정량、혈백단백、신공능、간공능、혈지、혈상규등병진행비교.결과 조간총유효솔비교,량조차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).치료후뇨단백、신공능、혈장백단백、혈지적개선비교차이유통계학의의(P균＜0.05).치료후량조간각항지표비교차이균유통계학의의(P균＜0.05).결론 황규효낭능유효치료당뇨병신병,연합액패사탄가이제고료효、축단료정.
Objective To observe the curative effect of ambrette capsule combined with irbesartan on diabetic nephropathy.Methods Thirty - eight patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into experimental group,which was treated with traditional therapy and ambrette capsule combined with irbesartan,and control group which was treated with traditional therapy and ambrette capsule.24 h urine protein quantitate,blood albumin,renal function,hepatic function,blood fat and blood routine were respectively detected and compared before treatment and four,eight and twelve weeks after treatment.Results There was significant difference in the total effective rate between experimental group and control group (P ＜ 0.05 ).Urine protein was obviously decreased,renal function was improved,plasma albumin was gradually heightened and blood fat was gradually lowered in the two groups after treatment.There was exceeding significant difference in experimental group ( all P ＜ 0.01 ) and there was significant difference in control group ( all P ＜ 0.05 ).There were all significant differences on all the indexes at the same time after treatment between experimental group and control group ( all P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Ambrette capsule has better curative effect on diabetic nephropathy,and can heighten curative effect and shorten course of treatment when combined with irbesartan.
