This paper discusses main technological parameters such as cut mode,charging structure,charging density,ignition order,number of holes and total charge for drifting in stratified rocks in Lecang Lead-Zinc Mine.By atopting the optimal parameters and integrated management,the mine has decreased the cost of roadway excavation and increased the utilization factor of blastholes,achieving a significant benefit.
