利用磁共振成像(MRI)开展无创测温方法研究,探讨了基于T_1加权成像无创测温的理论和方法;在实验数据的基础上建立了相应的理论温度模型,并对样品所得理论温度与数字温度计实测温度进行了对比.结果表明,基于T_1加权成像无创测温方法能够较准确测量生物组织的温度,所需时间在5s以内,可以实现实时无创温度监测.

The non-invasive temperature measurement with MRI(magnetic resonance imaging) is investigated,and the theory and methods based on the non-invasive temperature monitoring on T_1 with MRI are discussed.A corresponding theoretical tempera-ture model by means of the experimental data is given, and a comparison of the theoretical temperature with the measured tempera-ture by using a thermometer is made. It is shown that the non-invasive temperature monitoring on T_1 with MRI can obtain the tem-perature of the biological tissue with better accuracy and within 5 seconds, which makes it possible for the tissue temperature changes to be monitored in real-time and non-invasively.
