枸杞种质硬度评价对枸杞育种和树体整形修剪具有重要的指导作用。本研究分别在枸杞休眠期、枸杞枝条萌动期和新抽枝条木质化期,用砝码挂重法对7份枸杞种质材料进行了硬度测定和分类。结果表明,7份枸杞种质材料划分为3种类型,即软条型、半软条型和硬条型;枸杞休眠期、枸杞枝条萌动期硬度分类结果一致,而新生枝条木质化期测定结果使得天精3号枸杞菜品种由半软条型归为软条型,其他枸杞材料和品种的分类归属保持不变。分类结果基本与实际相符。该方法简便实用,但必须综合枸杞休眠期和新生枝条木质化期的测定结果,才能较好地对枸杞种质硬度进行正确归类。

구기충질경도평개대구기육충화수체정형수전구유중요적지도작용。본연구분별재구기휴면기、구기지조맹동기화신추지조목질화기,용겁마괘중법대7빈구기충질재료진행료경도측정화분류。결과표명,7빈구기충질재료화분위3충류형,즉연조형、반연조형화경조형;구기휴면기、구기지조맹동기경도분류결과일치,이신생지조목질화기측정결과사득천정3호구기채품충유반연조형귀위연조형,기타구기재료화품충적분류귀속보지불변。분류결과기본여실제상부。해방법간편실용,단필수종합구기휴면기화신생지조목질화기적측정결과,재능교호지대구기충질경도진행정학귀류。
Assessment to wattle firmness of wolfberry(Lycium L.) germplasm has vital instruction to wolfberry breeding and pruning.Using the method of weight hanging,wattle firmness of 7 wolfberry germplasm was determined and classified at three stages: period of dormancy,branch germination and new sprouting branch lignification.The results showed that the wolfberry germplasm could be classified into three categories,soft wattle type,moderate hard wattle type and hard wattle type.The classification results were the same when wattle firmness was determined in the periods of dormancy and branch germination.But the third classification result changed when determined in the period of new sprouting branch lignification.The cultivar Tianjing No.3 was classified as soft wattle type from moderate hard wattle type.The other wolfberry germplasm classification remained unchanged.The classification result basically agreed with the actual situation.The method is simple and practical but correct wattle firmness classification to wolfberry germplasm resources needs the results of determining at their different growing period using this method.
