本文分析了缄默知识的含义及其对医学生职业能力培养的影响,指出缄默知识是医学生职业能力的重要组成部分,应当通过向医学生讲授缄默知识的含义及意义,帮助医学生外显化有关的缄默知识并使其学习和丰富自身的缄默知识,从而促进医学生职业能力的提高.
本文分析瞭緘默知識的含義及其對醫學生職業能力培養的影響,指齣緘默知識是醫學生職業能力的重要組成部分,應噹通過嚮醫學生講授緘默知識的含義及意義,幫助醫學生外顯化有關的緘默知識併使其學習和豐富自身的緘默知識,從而促進醫學生職業能力的提高.
본문분석료함묵지식적함의급기대의학생직업능력배양적영향,지출함묵지식시의학생직업능력적중요조성부분,응당통과향의학생강수함묵지식적함의급의의,방조의학생외현화유관적함묵지식병사기학습화봉부자신적함묵지식,종이촉진의학생직업능력적제고.
In this paper tacit knowledge and its affection to medical students' vocational ability cultivation were analvzed.Tacit knowledge was the important component of medical students' vocational ability.Medical educators should try to help medical students to understand the meanings and importance of tacit knowledge,expose relevant tacit knowledge, learn and enrich their own tacit knowledge so as to improve students' vocational ability.
