目的了解肠造口患者的适应水平及其影响因素.方法采用问卷调查法,用造口适应量表调查129例肠造口患者的适应状况,选用SPSS 13.0软件进行数据的统计分析.结果肠造口患者的总体适应水平中等,平均得分(128.6±19.38)分,其中33.3%的患者为低度适应水平,63.6%的患者为中度适应水平,3.1%的患者为高度适应水平.职业与医疗费用支付方式影响患者的适应(P<0.05).结论肠造口患者绝大多数处于中低度适应水平,完全适应肠造口生活者仪占少数,总体适应水平有待于提高.

Objective To describe the current status of adjustment in colostomy patients, and explore the related factor. Methods Ostomy Adjustment Scale (OAS) was used to measure the level and degree of adjustment of. 129 colostomy patients. The data were analyzed with Software SPSS 13.0. Results Colostomy patients had a moderate level of general adjustment(128.6 ±19. 38), while 33. 3% patients had a low level of adjustment, 63. 6% patients had a moderate level of adjustment and 3. 1% patients had a high level of adjustment. Adjustment level of colostomy patients was influenced by some factors, including occupation, payment mode of medical cost (P < 0. 05). Conclusions Most of patients have a low to moderate level of adjustment, only few shows completely adjustment, the level adjustment of colostomy patients need to be improved.
