目的 观察头针加体针治疗脑卒中的临床疗效.方法 选择脑卒中患者203例,随机分为头针加体针治疗组105例,体针对照组98例,对患者治疗后各种症状体征进行分级评分及综合疗效评定.结果 头针加体针治疗组与对照组基本痊愈率和治疗后评分指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 头针加体针可明显改善缺血缺氧状态,提高患肢运动功能和日常生活能力.

목적 관찰두침가체침치료뇌졸중적림상료효.방법 선택뇌졸중환자203례,수궤분위두침가체침치료조105례,체침대조조98례,대환자치료후각충증상체정진행분급평분급종합료효평정.결과 두침가체침치료조여대조조기본전유솔화치료후평분지수차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 두침가체침가명현개선결혈결양상태,제고환지운동공능화일상생활능력.
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of treatment of cerebral apoplexy with head acupunc-ture and body acupuncture. Methods 203 cases with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into head acupuncture with body acupuncture group(105 cases) and body acupuncture control group(98 cases). Symptom and sign were gra-ded and comprehensive therapeutic effects were assessed. Results There were significant differences of the cure rates and the observed indices between the head acupuncture with body acupuncture group and body acupuncture control group. Conclusion The head acupuncture with body acupuncture can obviously improve the cerebral ischemia and anoxia, and increase limb motor function and ability of daily living in the patients of deep cerebral infarction.
