研究了平板膜MBR中不同工况对自生二次膜的影响和自生二次膜对污染物的去除效果.结果表明,当MLSS为11~15 g/L、DO为3 mg/L左右、SRT为60 d时,所生成二次膜的性状最好,可以有效缓解膜污染;自生二次膜对细小颗粒和溶解性物质有一定的截留作用,对COD的去除率可达到5.89%,但对TN的去除效果不明显.

The effect of operation conditions of flat-sheet MBR on self-formed secondary membrane and the removal efficiency of pollutants by self-formed secondary membrane were studied. The results show that when MLSS is 11 to 15 g/L, DO is 3 mg/L and SRT is 60 d, the characteristics of the selfformed secondary membrane are the best, resulting in effective fouling mitigation. Fine particles and soluble matters can be partly intercepted by self-formed secondary membrane, and the removal rate of COD is 5.89%, but the removal efficiency of TN is not obvious.
