以50CrVA弹簧钢带为原材料,采用冲孔落料复合工艺及浅拉深工艺制造了汽车喇叭膜片.应用有限元模拟程序ANSYS/LS-DYNA将显式和隐式算法相结合,对汽车喇叭膜片的拉深成形和回弹进行了模拟.结果表明:膜片的顶部平面处回弹最小,平面法兰处的回弹最大;锥面处的回弹随着距约束点距离的增大而逐渐增大.而且,回弹值随着膜片厚度的增加而减小.因此,可根据此结果对成形模尺寸进行回弹补偿,制出尺寸精确的膜片,以满足实际生产的需要.

With primary material of spring steel band 50CrVA, automotive horn diaphragms were made by punching-blanking process and shallow drawing process. The finite-element code ANSYS/LS-DYNA was applied to simulate the drawing process and springback of automotive horn diaphragm by combining explicit and implicit algorithm. The re-sults show that the least springback occurs on the top plane of diaphragm, and the largest springback occurs in the plane flange. The springback of pyramidal face increases with the increase of distance to the constrained points. Moreover, the spri-ngback value decreases with the increase of diaphragm thickness. Therefore, springback compensation can be applied to the si-zes of forming die based on the results, and precision diaphragm can be manufactured to meet the production demand.
