为了实现无传感器BLDCM的控制必须获得转子位置信息,大多数研究通过位置检测电路来间接获得转子位置信息,采用基于反电动势滤波的方法,可以省掉位置检测电路,准确获得反电动势过零点.该方法既简化了BLDCM控制系统的硬件电路,又可以驱动BLDCM平稳运行.实验基于TMS320LF2407A的控制平台,实验结果证明了该方法的有效性,电机的启动过程稳定、可靠.

In order to detect the rotor position of the sensorless brushless DC motor(BLDCM), circuit of rotor position detection is used generally. A BLDCM control algorithm was adopt, which can preclude the need for circuit of rotor position detection and can identify the zero-cross event accurately and determining when to commutate the motor windings based on the filtered back-EMF signals. The method can drive BLDCM smooth-ly with simplified hard ware of BLDCM control system. It is well demonstrated from experiment which based on TMS320LF2407A that the proposed control method provides desirable performance and start up process be-haves steadily and reliably.
