目的 总结腹腔镜辅助手术治疗成人乙状结肠冗长症的临床经验.方法 对18例乙状结肠冗长症患者实施腹腔镜辅助乙状结肠切除术的临床资料进行了回顾性分析总结.结果 术前经钡剂灌肠造影检查获得确诊,均成功地实施了腹腔镜辅助乙状结肠切除术.术后恢复顺利,无手术并发症.随防1 ～ 4年,疗效满意,无长期腹泻者,无便秘复发、肠梗阻复发等远期并发症.结论 腹腔镜辅助乙状结肠切除术具有微创外科特点,是一种可选择的治疗成人乙状结肠冗长症的有效措施.
目的 總結腹腔鏡輔助手術治療成人乙狀結腸冗長癥的臨床經驗.方法 對18例乙狀結腸冗長癥患者實施腹腔鏡輔助乙狀結腸切除術的臨床資料進行瞭迴顧性分析總結.結果 術前經鋇劑灌腸造影檢查穫得確診,均成功地實施瞭腹腔鏡輔助乙狀結腸切除術.術後恢複順利,無手術併髮癥.隨防1 ～ 4年,療效滿意,無長期腹瀉者,無便祕複髮、腸梗阻複髮等遠期併髮癥.結論 腹腔鏡輔助乙狀結腸切除術具有微創外科特點,是一種可選擇的治療成人乙狀結腸冗長癥的有效措施.
목적 총결복강경보조수술치료성인을상결장용장증적림상경험.방법 대18례을상결장용장증환자실시복강경보조을상결장절제술적림상자료진행료회고성분석총결.결과 술전경패제관장조영검사획득학진,균성공지실시료복강경보조을상결장절제술.술후회복순리,무수술병발증.수방1 ～ 4년,료효만의,무장기복사자,무편비복발、장경조복발등원기병발증.결론 복강경보조을상결장절제술구유미창외과특점,시일충가선택적치료성인을상결장용장증적유효조시.
Objective To summarize laparoscopic-assisted surgery for adult redundant sigmoid colon. Methods Clinical data of 18 cases of laparoscopic-assisted sigmoidectomy for adult redundant sigmoid colon were analyzed retrospectively. Results Diagnosis was established in 18 patients by barium enema,and all laparoscopic-assisted sigmoidectomy was successful,postoperative recovery smoothly without any operative complications. The curative effect was graded as well and in all 18 cases followed up survey from 1 year to 4 years,there were no late operative complications such as long-term chronic diarrhea,recurrent constipation,recurrent intestinal obstruction and so on. Conclusion laparoscopic-assisted sigmoidectomy could be considered as an alternative and effective operation program with minimal invasiveness for redundant sigmoid colon、volvulus of sigmoid.
