目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白水平与血糖、血脂之间的关系.方法 对糖尿病组及正常对照组同时测定糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(CH)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),对两组的检测结果 进行比较,分析糖化血红蛋白与空腹血糖及各项检测是否具有相关性.结果 2型糖尿病组的HbAlc、FBG、TG、CH及LDL-C明显高于健康对照组,HDL-C则低于健康对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05).糖尿病组HbAlc与FBG,TG,CH,LDL-C各项结果 的关系不明显.结论 2型糖尿病患者血脂几率显著高于正常人,其血中HbAlc与FBG、TG存在正相关关系,与TC,HDL-C、LDL-C关系不明显.糖化血红蛋白与血糖、血脂同时检测在糖尿病的预防和治疗过程中有一定的参考价值.

목적 탐토2형당뇨병환자당화혈홍단백수평여혈당、혈지지간적관계.방법 대당뇨병조급정상대조조동시측정당화혈홍단백(HbAlc)、공복혈당(FBG)、감유삼지(TG)、총담고순(CH)、고밀도지단백 (HDL-C)급저밀도지단백(LDL-C),대량조적검측결과 진행비교,분석당화혈홍단백여공복혈당급각항검측시부구유상관성.결과 2형당뇨병조적HbAlc、FBG、TG、CH급LDL-C명현고우건강대조조,HDL-C칙저우건강대조조,차이유현저성(P<0.05).당뇨병조HbAlc여FBG,TG,CH,LDL-C각항결과 적관계불명현.결론 2형당뇨병환자혈지궤솔현저고우정상인,기혈중HbAlc여FBG、TG존재정상관관계,여TC,HDL-C、LDL-C관계불명현.당화혈홍단백여혈당、혈지동시검측재당뇨병적예방화치료과정중유일정적삼고개치.
Objective To observe the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc) and blood glucose, serum lipids. Methods Measuring HbAlc、fasting blood glucose(FBG) and serum lipids(triglycerides, TG), total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein(HDL) and low density lipoprotein(LDL) in 50 healthy subjects and 144 patients with diabetes mellitus(DM) observed in patients with HbAlc concentration effect on serum lipid levels. Results The levels of HbAlc, FBG, TG, CH, LDL-C in DM groups were obviously higher than those of healthy subjects, the level of HDL-C was lower than that of normal. HbAlc level showed positive correlation with FBG(0.457), and TG(0.262) respective. And with no obvise correlation with TC, LDL-C, HDL-c. Conclusion Diabetes with hyperlipidmia risk was higher than that of normal. There is a positive correlation between HbAlc and blood glucose, serum lipid. Glycosylated hemoglobin and blood glucose, blood lipids detection at the same time in prevention and treatment of diabetes has some reference value.
