研究针对四川石棉县石棉尾矿高铁性质,采用二步酸浸、磁化除铁工艺,在较温和的反应条件下制备得满足HG/T3061-1999中A类标准要求的工业级白炭黑:SiO_2>95.8%,比表面积为233m~2/g,平均孔径1~10μm,DPB吸油值为2.42mL/g.工艺流程设计简洁,操作便宜,为以高铁石棉尾矿为原料制备白炭黑提供切实可行的工艺.

According to the especial character of the asbestos tailings with high iron content from Shimian county Sichuansichuan province, the two-step acid-leaching and magnetization technology was adopted. Under a mild reaction condition the technical grade silica was prepared from asbestos tailings, which could meet the quality index of criter A in HG/T 3061-1999, the total content of amorphous silica was above 95.8%, and the specific surface area was 233m~2/g, the average aperture was 1~10μm, the DPB adsorption value was 2.42mL/g. The process flow was simplified and easy to operate, which was a feasible process for preparation of technical grade silica from the asbestos railings with high iron content.
