简单的压缩机轴系扭振频率一般根据比率系数就可对其进行判定;而对于复杂的压缩机轴系来说,其转子数较多,固有频率阶次较高,若仅用比率系数对轴系进行判定,这些轴系的结构就需要进行调整,工作量和难度都较大.此时若进一步分析判断这些频率的敏感性,若不敏感,就可以判定该轴系稳定,无需进行结构调整.本文通过实例说明该方法的分析过程,并指出该方法能很大程度地提高轴系分析的精确度,也可以避免许多轴系结构调整的繁重工作.

The shaft torsional vibration analysis is a key technique in the design of the compressor shaft, which determines the safety operation of the compressor. The frequency of torsional vibration judgment in the simple shaft can be made by the frequency ratio. As to the complex compressor set, it has many different natural frequencies because of it's many rotors. The shafting needs to be adjusted if use the frequency ratio judgment method. But it would be a large workload and difficult to adjusted. Taking a certain compressor set as example, this paper elaborates a idea of analyzing the sensitivity of these frequencies to avoid much workload of adjusting the shaft. While the frequencies are not sensitive to the shaft which should be adjusted by the ratio judgment method, the shaft doesn't need adjustment by the sensitivity analysis method.
