The filler wall's crack stress of horizontal seismic force are analyzed, then the factor of the filler wall have been cracked to be ana-lyzed from the theory. Through a series of assumptions and theoretical calculations, the conclusion that the shear strength is the mast control factor to the filler wall's crack at the sheer and compress force effect and calculation formula was obtained.
