从.TD-SCDMA通信基站架设中所涉及的架设成本、通信容量,以及架设时间三方面的不同要求入手,建立经济效益与时间优化的具有优先级的分层多目标非线性规划模型,并给出求解该问题的宽容分层序列算法.最后进行试验,得到了问题的弱有效解,验证了此模型的可行性.

Starting from erect cost, communication capacity and principle of optimized time in building TD - SCDM base station, a priority - ranked multi - object layered nonlinear programming model of the prob-lem on economy and optimized time is designed, and then an algorithm of layered sequence is given to solve this problem. Finally, through one numerical example, a weak effective solution is provided to check the effectiveness of this model.
