提取猪源肠毒素型大肠杆菌(ETEC)标准株和临床分离株F18菌毛,并制备弗氏佐剂苗,分别免疫产蛋母鸡后用间接ELISA法定期检测母鸡卵黄抗体和血清抗体效价.结果表明:无论标准株还是分离株,F18菌毛对产蛋鸡均具有良好的免疫原性,卵黄抗体效价最高可达1∶ 25600,血清抗体效价高于卵黄抗体效价,最高可达1∶ 51200.
提取豬源腸毒素型大腸桿菌(ETEC)標準株和臨床分離株F18菌毛,併製備弗氏佐劑苗,分彆免疫產蛋母鷄後用間接ELISA法定期檢測母鷄卵黃抗體和血清抗體效價.結果錶明:無論標準株還是分離株,F18菌毛對產蛋鷄均具有良好的免疫原性,卵黃抗體效價最高可達1∶ 25600,血清抗體效價高于卵黃抗體效價,最高可達1∶ 51200.

F18 fimbriae of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC) standard strain and local isolates were respectively extracted with thermoextract method. Vaccines were made of each fimbriae and Freund′s adjuvant and two groups of laying hens were immunized respectively. And then, the antibodies were detected by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results indicated that two fimbriae could induce significant immune responses, the serum antibody titer reached 1:51200 and the egg yolk antibody titer reached 1:25600.
