以四川白肋烟中熟品种"达白1号"和早熟品种"KY14×L8"为材料对不同海拔高度(700,1000和1300 m)下烟叶质量和经济性状的差异进行了分析.结果表明,海拔高度对中、早熟品种烟叶品质和经济性状有一定的影响.烟碱、总氮含量在不同海拔呈现出一定的规律性,随着海拔的升高,达白一号2部位的烟碱含量以及总生物碱含量先增加后减小,而KY14×L8逐渐减小.2品种两个部位总氮含量随着海拔高度的升高逐渐减小.1300 m~2品种烟叶还原糖含量大于中低海拔,除了1300 m中熟品种达白一号还原糖含量大于1,其余都在适宜范围.各个海拔两个品种上部叶烟碱、总生物碱、总氮含量均大于中部叶,但钾含量上部叶小于中部叶.综合比较不同海拔高度下中早熟品种的品质和经济性状,海拔700 m适宜种植达白一号,1000 m烟叶两类品种差异不显著,都适宜种植,以KY14×L8为好,海拔1300 m适宜种植KY14×L8.
以四川白肋煙中熟品種"達白1號"和早熟品種"KY14×L8"為材料對不同海拔高度(700,1000和1300 m)下煙葉質量和經濟性狀的差異進行瞭分析.結果錶明,海拔高度對中、早熟品種煙葉品質和經濟性狀有一定的影響.煙堿、總氮含量在不同海拔呈現齣一定的規律性,隨著海拔的升高,達白一號2部位的煙堿含量以及總生物堿含量先增加後減小,而KY14×L8逐漸減小.2品種兩箇部位總氮含量隨著海拔高度的升高逐漸減小.1300 m~2品種煙葉還原糖含量大于中低海拔,除瞭1300 m中熟品種達白一號還原糖含量大于1,其餘都在適宜範圍.各箇海拔兩箇品種上部葉煙堿、總生物堿、總氮含量均大于中部葉,但鉀含量上部葉小于中部葉.綜閤比較不同海拔高度下中早熟品種的品質和經濟性狀,海拔700 m適宜種植達白一號,1000 m煙葉兩類品種差異不顯著,都適宜種植,以KY14×L8為好,海拔1300 m適宜種植KY14×L8.

Burley mid-maturing variety Dabai 1 and early maturing variety KY14×L8 were used to investigate the difference in the contents of quality and economic character of tobacco among different altitudes. The results showed that different altitudes had certain influence on the chemical composition and the economic character of mid-maturing variety and early maturing variety. With the increase of altitude,the contents of nicotine and alkaloid in upper and middle leaf of two Dabai 1 increased firstly,then decreased,while KY14×L8 decreased gradually. With the increase of altitude,the contents of total nitrogen in upper and middle leaf of two varieties decreased gradually. The contents of reducing sugar of two varieties at altitude 1300 m were greater than those at altitude 700 and 1000 m. The contents of reducing sugar of mid-mature variety Dabai 1 was greater than that of early-maturing variety. The contents of nicotine,alkaloid and the total nitrogen in upper leaf of two varieties were all greater than those in middle leaf,but the content of potassium in upper leaf was smaller than that in middle leaf. From the results of economic character and quality of mid-maturing variety and early maturing variety at different altitudes,we concluded that at altitude 700 m Dabai 1 was the most suitable variety. There was no significant difference in the performances between two varieties at altitude 1000 m,so both the varieties were suitable. At altitude 1300 m,early maturing variety KY14×L8 was the most suitable.
