中频发电机励磁PLC系统是为解决目前齿轮埋油淬火机床只能以一种淬火功率为齿面一次淬火,即单齿面一次淬火过程中淬火功率不可调,淬火工艺导致"进齿面处和出齿面处"出现过淬火情况,淬火齿轮不能完全满足工艺要求而研制生产的.可以根据用户输入的位置、功率参数自动计算并输出变化的功率曲线,满足矿用电动轮自卸车内齿环齿面淬火的要求,此种改造思路亦可在其他普通机床数控改造上使用,有良好的推广使用价值.
