目的对国产血管内192Ir线源的剂量分布进行评价,为动物实验和临床应用提供依据。方法采用Kodak X-omat V慢感光胶片,从平行和垂直于放射源长轴方向进行测量,径向测量时间为25、45、65和82 s,轴向测定时间为25 s,同时进行标准剂量的标定,通过胶片自动分析测量系统分析剂量分布和吸收剂量。参考AAPM TG No.60报告,采用Monte Carlo方法对放射源的辐射剂量进行理论计算,同时与采用AAPM TG No.43报告计算方法进行比较。结果国产血管内192Ir线源具有良好的剂量分布。AAPM TG No.43报告计算方法比Monte Carlo方法高估32%的辐射剂量。结论国产192Ir线源作为血管内放射源是可行的,采用慢感光胶片测定放射源的剂量分布是一种有效手段。

Objective To evaluate the dose releasing rate and the homogeneity of dose distribution of the Chine-made intravascular 192Ir wire source and to provide experimental data of animal study and clinical use. Methods Dosimetry of the 192Ir wire source was measured by Kodak X-omat V film in differents directions and in different exposure lengths.Dose releasing rate of our 192Ir wire source was calculated according to AAPM TG No.60 and Monte Carlo model,and compared with the results by traditional brachytherapy planning system(AAPM TG No.43) Results 192Ir wire source provided with a well-distributed dose around the source,no striking asymmetry was observed.Thirty two percent of dose rate was overestimated by traditional brachytherapy planning system(AAPM TG No.43)comparing with Monte Carlo method. Conclusions The China-made 192Ir wire source is reliable for intravascular radiation.It is an alternative method to measure the dose distribution with Kodak X-omat V film.The dose rate of 192Ir wire source can be estimated by traditional brachytherapy planning system (AAPM TG No.43) and Monte Carlo method.This study may provide a fundation for practicing intravascular radiation in China.
