以案例为基础学习(case-based learning,CBL)教学方法是目前在医学教学中一种较好的教学方法。它是以学生为主体,能够提高学生学习兴趣,发展自主性的终身学习。通过CBL能够充分发挥学生学习的主动性,培养学生综合能力发展。经过近5年的研究与实践,浙江海洋学院医学院基本建立了以CBL为模式的教学体系,在提高学生的学习兴趣、主动寻求知识和树立评判性思维、解决问题、合作与沟通、运用现代信息技术资源、自我管理学习等能力方面起到了较好效果。

Case-based learning (CBL) is currently a better teaching method in the medical teaching, in which it is based on the students and can improve the students's interests. It is a detonating learning, so that the learners can develop into the self-directed lifelong learning. It is a transformation from teaching students' knowledge to teach students how to learn. After nearly 5 years of the research and practice, the basic teaching system was established as a model of CBL. It gets the positive results in improving the students' interest, seeking knowledge and fostering critical thinking, solving problem, collaboration and communication, using of modern information technology resources and solf-management abilities.
