目的 探讨突发性耳聋(sD)的治疗效果.方法 对89例SD患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据病情、针对病因采取综合治疗并积极配合心理治疗、高压氧治疗.结果 89例患者中:治愈14例、显效34例、有效26例,无效15例,有效率83%.随访6个月～2年,惠耳听力无加重.结论 早期综合分析病情,根据病因制定有效治疗方案,进行综合治疗,心理治疗,高压氧治疗,对促进耳聋的恢复起积极作用.

목적 탐토돌발성이롱(sD)적치료효과.방법 대89례SD환자적림상자료진행회고성분석,근거병정、침대병인채취종합치료병적겁배합심리치료、고압양치료.결과 89례환자중:치유14례、현효34례、유효26례,무효15례,유효솔83%.수방6개월～2년,혜이은력무가중.결론 조기종합분석병정,근거병인제정유효치료방안,진행종합치료,심리치료,고압양치료,대촉진이롱적회복기적겁작용.
Objective To explore the treatment effect of sudden deafness. Methods Reviewing of 89 cases sudden deafness patients'clinical meterial. According to patients condition,aimed at the causes of disease adopt synthetical treatment and cordinate psychotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Results In 89 patients:cure 14 cases, effect 34 cases, efficiency 26 cases,inefficacy 15 cases, the effective rate was 83%. Follow - up survey six months to two years, patients'hearing didn' t exacerbation. Conclusion Synthetical analyse patients'condi-tion at early period. On the basis of cause of disease work out effective treatment plan, conduct synthetical, psy-chotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. It plays a positive role to promote the recovery of deafness.
