脑血管意外是肾移植术后患者死亡的主要原因之一.我院自应用环孢素A(CsA)以来,行尸肾移植术640例次,术后发生脑血管意外24例,全部死亡.认为肾移植术后脑血管意外与突发性高血压,急性排斥反应时血液流变学改变、激素治疗及肝素应用有关;同时根据本组病例提出深刻的教训.

Cerebrovascular accident is one of the main causes of death in kidney transplant recipient.of 640 kidney transplants using cyclosporine A in our hospital,24 patients suffered from cerebrovascular accident and all died.It is suggested that cerebrovascular accident after kidney transplantation is associated with sudden hypertension,change of blood rheology in acute rejection episode and treatment with steroid and heparin.
