目的 探讨环氧化酶-2(Cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)和E-钙黏附素(E-cadherin,E-cad)在人脑膜瘤中的表达及临床意义.方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测60例脑膜瘤中Ki-67、COX-2、E-cad蛋白的表达情况,原位杂交方法检测COX-2 mRNA、E-cadmRNA在脑膜瘤中的表达.结果 Ki-67、COX-2蛋白高表达和E-cad蛋白低表达与肿瘤组织学分级、侵袭性关系密切(P<0.05).COX-2和E-cad表达呈负相关(P<0.05).结论 COX-2和E-cad与脑膜瘤的病理分级、侵袭性密切相关,两者可能相互影响,共同调节脑膜瘤的侵袭性生长,联合检测COX-2和E-cad有助于判断脑膜瘤的生物学行为及预后.

목적 탐토배양화매-2(Cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)화E-개점부소(E-cadherin,E-cad)재인뇌막류중적표체급림상의의.방법 응용면역조화SP법검측60례뇌막류중Ki-67、COX-2、E-cad단백적표체정황,원위잡교방법검측COX-2 mRNA、E-cadmRNA재뇌막류중적표체.결과 Ki-67、COX-2단백고표체화E-cad단백저표체여종류조직학분급、침습성관계밀절(P<0.05).COX-2화E-cad표체정부상관(P<0.05).결론 COX-2화E-cad여뇌막류적병리분급、침습성밀절상관,량자가능상호영향,공동조절뇌막류적침습성생장,연합검측COX-2화E-cad유조우판단뇌막류적생물학행위급예후.
Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and E-cadherin( Ecad) in meningioma and the clinical significance. Methods The expressions of Ki-67, COX-2 and E-cad were detected in 60 cases of meningioma by immunohistochemistry method, and the expressions of COX-2 mRNA、EcadmRNA were examined by in situ hybridization. Results There was significant correlation between over-expression of Ki-67、 COX-2 and decreased expression of E-cad with pathologic grade and invasion ( P < 0. 05 ).There was negative correlation between the expression of COX-2 and E-cad ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Expressions of COX-2 and E-cad were significant correlated to pathologic grade and invasion. They may exert mutual effect and co-regulate the invasive growth of meningiomas. Combined detection of COX-2 and E-cad may help to predict the prognosis of patients.
