目的 教科书中的静脉输液加药抽药手法(教科书法)速度较慢,效率低,已不能适应临床工作需要,临床惯用的抽药法(习惯法)很容易导致注射器活塞轴的污染,为更好地适应临床工作需求,已探索、研究新的抽药手法(改良法).方法 通过临床观察、实践后采用新的改良法抽药,并将3种抽药方法的抽药速度及手污染注射器的机率进行对比.结果 习惯法与改良法抽药速度明显高于教科书法,而改良法虽抽药速度低于习惯法,但有效地避免了注射器的污染.结论 改良法既提高了工作效率,又保证了加药的安全性.

목적 교과서중적정맥수액가약추약수법(교과서법)속도교만,효솔저,이불능괄응림상공작수요,림상관용적추약법(습관법)흔용역도치주사기활새축적오염,위경호지괄응림상공작수구,이탐색、연구신적추약수법(개량법).방법 통과림상관찰、실천후채용신적개량법추약,병장3충추약방법적추약속도급수오염주사기적궤솔진행대비.결과 습관법여개량법추약속도명현고우교과서법,이개량법수추약속도저우습관법,단유효지피면료주사기적오염.결론 개량법기제고료공작효솔,우보증료가약적안전성.
Objective The drug-pumping practice in intravenous infusion introduced in textbooks (textbook drug-pumping practice) was slow,less efficient and unadapted to the need of clinical work and treditional drug-pumping practice used in clinical work may lead to pollution of poison shaft of a injector.Therefore,in order to better satisfy the need of clinical work,it was necessary to explore new means( improved one) to pump drngs.Methods By clinical observation,after being practiced,the new improved drug-pumping method was used.This paper compared the pumping speed and probability to pollute injector by hands of textbook in drug-pumping practice,the traditional drug-pumping practice and improved drug-pumping practice.Results The pumping speed of traditional and improved drug-pumping practice were obviously quicker than textbook drug-pumping practice,while improved practice was lees quicker than traditional practice but avoids effectively injector 's being polluted.Conclusions Improved drug-pumping practice not only increases operation efficiency,but also guarantees the safety of dosing process.
