以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)为原料,全氟磺酸型阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,合成了甲基硅油。考察了反应温度与平衡化反应产物黏度的关系、脱低沸物温度及真空度对产品闪点的影响。拟为连续化生产甲基硅油提供参考。结果表明,在甲基硅油生产过程中,当全氟磺酸型阳离子交换树脂用量为反应液相原料质量的0.5%、反应温度在80℃、反应时间在50 min、脱低温度在250℃、脱低沸物真空度在300 Pa时,产品的闪点和挥发分等指标均到达较高水平,而真空设备也易选,优化后的工艺参数已应用于2 kt/a甲基硅物连续法生产工艺。

The methyl silicone fluid was synthesized by octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and hexamethyldisi -loxane with perfluorosulfonic acid cation exchange resin as the catalyst .The relationship of the temperature <br> and the viscosity of the equilibrium reaction products were investigated , and the effect of the temperature and vacuum on the flash point was discussed .The results showed that in the process of methyl silicone fluid the product with better quality in terms of flash point and volatile content was achieved when the reaction was car -ried out with 0.5% of perfluorosulfonic acid cation exchange resin at 80 ℃ for 50 min and the low boiling point substances were removed at 250℃and a vacuum pressure of 300 Pa.The vacuum equipment was avail-able.The optimized technological parameters had applied in the continuous processing of 2kt/a methyl silicon products.
