Objective In order to explore the model and methodology of English nursing round, implore the quality of clinic nursing and nurse skills. Methods Formulating a plan and adequately preparation;Evaluating the teaching ability of the host and team members;Suitable the theme and the form for English nursing round;studying English. It has improved the ability of nurses in both oral English and specialized English. The number that nurses passed the examination of academic degree have growed year by year. Conclusion Nursing teaching round in English could effectively improve the nursing care quality and nurses" competency.
