综述了人工气道的湿化方法,如人工鼻湿化法、湿纱布覆盖法、气管内滴注湿化法、超声雾化吸入法、直接喷雾湿化法等及存在的问题；介绍了湿化时需要注意的几个方面,即湿化液的选择、湿化液的温度、湿度控制、湿化液的量及速度.在临床人工气道的护理中选择正确的湿化方法,可以减轻病人的痛苦,促进其康复.

This paper summarized the artificial airway humidification methods,such as artificial nasal humidification method,wet gauze to cover method,endotracheal drip to humidification method,ultrasonic atomization inhalation method,the direct spray wet process method,and the existing problems; introduced several aspects of requiring taking attention to,namely to moist fluid selection,moist fluid temperature,humidity control,moist fluid volume and speed.In clinical artificially airway nursing right moist method can alleviate the suffering of patients,and promote their recovery.
