目的通过对EV71致手足口病患儿的临床护理,为护理该病积累经验,探讨HFMD口腔溃疡的有效护理措施.方法对我院2008年1月～2008年6月因感染EW/1致手足口病感染住院的208例伴口腔溃疡的198例患儿,α-1b重组人干扰素超声雾化吸入联合生理盐水漱口后,口腔溃疡局部用棉签蘸涂思米达混悬液.结果 198例口腔溃疡患儿经治疗1～2 d有效、2～4 d显效,疼痛消失、结痂,5 d内基本痊愈.208例手足口病患儿经抗病毒、对症支持治疗,全部临床治愈出院,住院时间5～31 d,平均住院(8.2±0.4)d.结论干扰素超声雾化吸入联合思米达治疗手足口病口腔溃疡疗效好,可明显缩短病程,迅速改善症状、体征,且具有操作简便、高效、迅速、安全、易为家长及患儿接受等优点,值得推广应用.
목적 통과대EV71치수족구병환인적림상호리,위호리해병적루경험,탐토HFMD구강궤양적유효호리조시.방법 대아원2008년1월～2008년6월인감염EW/1치수족구병감염주원적208례반구강궤양적198례환인,α-1b중조인간우소초성무화흡입연합생리염수수구후,구강궤양국부용면첨잠도사미체혼현액.결과 198례구강궤양환인경치료1～2 d유효、2～4 d현효,동통소실、결가,5 d내기본전유.208례수족구병환인경항병독、대증지지치료,전부림상치유출원,주원시간5～31 d,평균주원(8.2±0.4)d.결론 간우소초성무화흡입연합사미체치료수족구병구강궤양료효호,가명현축단병정,신속개선증상、체정,차구유조작간편、고효、신속、안전、역위가장급환인접수등우점,치득추엄응용.
Objective To accumulate nursing experience for the hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD)and explore the effective nursing measures on oral ulcer of HFMD through the clinical nursing of children with HFMD which caused by EV71.Methods There were 198 cases complicated with Oral Ulcer among 208 hospitalized children with HFMD from January to June in 2008 in Wuhan Children Hospital.198 cases were given human interferon1b via ultrasonic atomizing inhalation combined with smecta used in the position of oral ulcer after saline gargling.Results 198 cases had got good clinical results from 1 to 2 days,excellent clinical results from 2 to 4 days,and were cured in 5 days.208 children with HFMD were cured after antiviral and symptomatic supportive treatment,the hospitalization time was 5～31 d (mean,8.2± 0.4) d.Conclusions Interferon via ultrasonic atomizing inhalation combined with smecta have good dfficacy on the children with HFMD.They can shorten the course of disease,improve the symptoms and signs rapidly,and have the advantages of simple operation,efficiency,rapid,safety and easy acceptance by parents and children.It is worthy of recommendation.
