课堂互动教学是创新能力培养的重要途径。通过对某高校基础课课堂互动教学一学年的观察和对教员及学员的问卷调查,发现大部分课堂都在积极尝试互动教学,但是总体来讲效果不尽人意。主要原因是教员对互动教学研究不够、大班授课、教学评价标准不具体。为了切实让课堂＂动＂起来,首先,教员要深入开展互动教学研究;其次,要尽可能地安排小班授课,为互动教学创造条件;最后,教学评价标准中对互动效果的评价标准要更具体、更具操作性。

Classroom interaction is the most essential way in cultivating students ＇ creativity. One academic year＇ s observation of the basic course classroom interaction in military transportation academy and a survey conducted among both the students and the teachers reveal that despite the teachers＇ efforts, the overall result of the classroom interaction is far from satisfactory. The main reasons are ： teachers do not do enough studies on interaction teaching; the big number of students in a class hinders the effective classroom interaction;the evaluation criteria are not specific enough to guide the interaction teaching. Therefore, to really＂activate＂the classroom, first, teachers should do more studies on interaction teaching. Second, the number of students in a class should be reduced so as to ensure an interaction - friendly environment. Finally, more specific teaching evaluation criteria should be made to motivate classroom interaction.
